How to clean and care for your flowers
  • Don't place flowers in direct sunlight to prevent color fading
  • Don't place them near humid or wet environments, or handle with wet hands
  • To dust, carefully use a blow drier on the COOL setting.
Do flowers come wrapped?
  • Yes, all orders will be wrapped in floral and kraft paper, perfect for gifting.
Can I request a flower not listed?

Absolutely! I do my best add new flowers regularly. Please use my contact page to request flowers. If you are potentially wanting to buy something with this flower, please let me know so I can prioritize designing it sooner.

Do you do wholesale?
  • No, but if you need a large order for an event, check out the Weddings & Event page!

Shipping
  • Orders process within 1-10 business days before shipping. All orders are made to order to limit paper waste.
  • Tracking numbers are sent upon shipment
  • All orders are shipped with USPS Ground or Priority, depending on method selected.
  • Once orders are in USPS possession they are out of my control. If your order is taking an excessive amount of time, please reach out to USPS.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please feel free to contact me and I'll try to get it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you!
  • Greenhouse Paper Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays, taxes, duties fees associated with your order.
  • I currently ship ONLY within the United States, as I worry about the fragility of my flowers going overseas, but digital templates can be ordered worldwide.
  • This business is a one woman show! Please grant me some grace during holidays and other busy flower seasons! I try my absolute best to get everything out on time. ❤
Weddings

Please order at least TWO MONTHS in advance to your wedding or event so there is plenty of time to create and ship your flowers.

Please be aware that there is a rare chance that I might not be able to create for you if I have a preexisting wedding or event I'm creating for.

Refunds

At this time I don't accept refunds, cancelations, or exchanges. All products are handmade with customized assembly for each order. It is not possible for me to offer this option at this time. Please be fully aware of this when making a purchase.

I also do not price match previously placed orders to reflect any current sale, discount, or price change.

Please be mindful that this is a small business and every petal is handcrafted!
